Cake
At Kream Mall of Africa, we know that special occasions call for special treats and we welcome our guests to bring their own cakes to celebrate with us. If you wish to replace a dessert on our menu with your own cake, we kindly request a fee of R20 per person. However, if you prefer a custom-made cake that caters to your specific preferences, we have partnered with a trusted and experienced outsourced company that specializes in creating high-quality cakes. Our pastry chefs work closely with this company to ensure that your cake is crafted to perfection and delivered on time for your celebration. Private Dining Room
Looking for a private and intimate space to host your special occasion? Look no further than Kream Mall of Africa. Our private dining rooms, subject to availability, are the perfect setting for any celebration, accommodating groups of 6 (semi-private), 8-10 (semi-private), 10-16 (private) or 20-35 (private). Our private dining rooms are fully equipped with air conditioning, TV screens, power points, projectors, as well as WIFI and Bluetooth speaker capabilities to ensure a seamless enjoyable event. Let us know if you have any additional requirements or preferences when booking your private dining experience and we’ll work with you to create a personalized and unforgettable event.

Our beverage menu at Kream Mall of Africa offers something for everyone, whether you prefer wine, cocktails, or spirits. Let our knowledgeable team guide you in selecting the perfect drink to complement your meal and make your experience truly memorable.
Deposits
We’re delighted to host your group event at Kream Mall of Africa. To confirm your booking and make sure everything is set for your celebration, we kindly request a deposit of R150 per person. Rest assured that this deposit will be deducted from your final bill. To secure your booking, please send an email with your name, booking date and contact information to moa@kream.co.za and include the deposit payment as reference. Please note that your booking will only be confirmed once we have received your deposit.
Dietary requirements
At Kream Mall of Africa, we want to ensure that all our guests have a wonderful dining experience, regardless of their dietary needs. If you or anyone in your party has any dietary requirements or preferences, please inform us in advance. We know that everyone’s dietary needs are different, and we will do our best to accommodate your requirements as much as possible.
Cancellations
We understand that plans change unexpectedly, and we are here to assist you. If you need to cancel your reservation for any reason, please let us know at least 14 days in advance. If you cancel within 14 days, we will refund your deposit in full. Unfortunately, for cancellations made less than 7 days before your reservation, we won’t be able to refund your deposit. Thank you for understanding.
Gift voucher
At Kream Mall of Africa, we offer gift vouchers that are perfect for any occasion. If you’re looking for a special gift for family or friends, our vouchers can be personalized and sent via email for your convenience. Please note that our vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They are valid for six months from the date of purchase.
